Job Description

The Plastic Surgeon role at Bella Roma Specialty Hospital is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Plastic Surgeon will perform a range of plastic and cosmetic surgical procedures, including consultations, pre-operative evaluations, operative interventions, and post-operative follow-up. Daily responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, ensuring safe surgical practice, and collaborating with multidisciplinary clinical teams. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, adhering to hospital policies and regulatory standards, providing patient education on procedures and recovery, and participating in ongoing quality improvement and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery, with experience in both elective and reconstructive procedures.
• Candidates should possess solid skills in Surgery and Microsurgery, including advanced operative techniques and precision in delicate tissue handling.
• Candidates should possess a robust foundation in Medicine, including thorough knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and perioperative patient management.
• Board certification or eligibility in Plastic Surgery, with valid medical licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in the United Arab Emirates.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, safety, and ethical medical practice.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain procedures, risks, and outcomes clearly to patients and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• Prior experience in cosmetic surgery centers or specialty hospitals is highly beneficial.
