Established in 2022, Mubadala Health Dubai offers world-class treatments and advanced technology, facilitated by a clinical team of experts with extensive knowledge and experience. Our state-of-the-art outpatient facility provides day surgery, outpatient consultations, and comprehensive diagnostic services for over 30 clinical specialties.
The role is responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering individualized physiotherapy treatment programs to patients across the lifespan. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery, improve functional outcomes, and deliver safe, evidence‑based, and patient‑centred care in line with M42 and Dubai Health Authority standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, interpret referrals, and identify physiotherapy diagnoses and functional limitations.
- Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans aligned with patient‑centred goals and evidence‑based practice.
- Deliver appropriate physiotherapy interventions, monitoring patient progress, tolerance, and response to treatment, and adjusting plans as required.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, self‑management strategies, and health promotion, ensuring informed consent and engagement.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and discharge reports, in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with patient safety, risk management, and infection control standards during all therapy sessions.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and support service improvement initiatives by contributing to quality, audit, and KPI‑related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy / Physical Therapy
- Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience in physiotherapy or rehabilitation
- Valid MOH/DOH/DHA license (or DHA eligibility)
- BLS certification required (ACLS/PALS an advantage)
- Experience in a hospital or accredited medical environment preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
