Position Overview

Elite Plus Physio & Rehab is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Dubai Healthcare City.

The role primarily focuses on Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Spine Conditions, and Sports Injury Management, delivering evidence-based treatment plans in a premium, performance-driven clinical environment.

🔹 Scope of Work

The Physiotherapist will be responsible for:

• Assessment and management of orthopedic conditions (post-operative & conservative cases)

• Diagnosis and rehabilitation of spine disorders (disc pathology, radiculopathy, postural syndromes, chronic back/neck pain)

• Treatment and return-to-play protocols for sports injuries

• Designing individualized rehabilitation programs

• Performing manual therapy techniques

• Prescribing therapeutic exercises and functional training

• Utilizing advanced modalities (Shockwave, Laser, TECAR, etc. if applicable)

• Conducting biomechanical assessments when required

• Maintaining accurate patient documentation (as per DHCC standards)

• Educating patients on injury prevention and long-term recovery strategies

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (Master’s preferred)

• DHA License / Eligibility (mandatory)

• Minimum 2–3 years of orthopedic & sports rehabilitation experience

• Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on skills

• Excellent command of English (spoken & written)

• Arabic is an advantage

• Professional appearance and confident patient communication

• Experience in a premium private clinic setting is preferred

• Dry needling certification

• Manual therapy certifications (Mulligan, Maitland, etc.)
