Job Summary

Healthagon Rehabilitation Center is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our growing team. We welcome both experienced physiotherapists and fresh graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and build their careers in a supportive clinical environment.Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatments and rehabilitation programs.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and overall wellness.
• Collaborate with doctors and the multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
• Maintain professional and ethical clinical practice in accordance with DHA regulations.

Marketing & Business Development

As part of the Healthagon team, physiotherapists are expected to actively contribute to the clinic’s growth by:

• Building strong relationships with patients to encourage retention and referrals.
• Participating in health awareness campaigns, workshops, and community events.
• Creating or appearing in educational content for social media when required.
• Supporting the clinic’s marketing initiatives and promoting Healthagon’s services in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
• DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Team player with a patient-centered approach.
• Comfortable participating in marketing and promotional activities.
