Job Description

  • The Physiotherapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic and rehabilitative services to clients, ensuring their physical well-being, mobility improvement, and pain management. The role focuses on providing personalized treatment plans, promoting holistic health, and supporting Everwell’s commitment to excellence in patient care.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions, medical history, and mobility challenges.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based physiotherapy techniques.
  • Deliver hands-on therapy including manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and rehabilitation exercises.
  • Guide patients through recovery programs and educate them on injury prevention and lifestyle adjustments.
  • Use electrotherapy and related modalities (e.g., ultrasound, TENS) as required.
  • Monitor progress, update treatment plans, and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Collaborate with other wellness specialists (chiropractors, myotherapists, and trainers) to deliver integrated care.
  • Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with health and clinic operational standards.
  • Support wellness initiatives, workshops, and client engagement activities when needed.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (or higher).
  • DOH/DHA/MOH License or eligibility for licensing in the UAE.
  • Certifications in manual therapy, dry needling, sports rehabilitation, or similar specialties are preferred.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ clinical experience in physiotherapy.
  • Experience within a wellness center, rehabilitation facility, or multidisciplinary clinic is an advantage.
  • Proven capability in treating musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and chronic pain cases.

SKILLS

  • Strong clinical expertise in musculoskeletal and rehabilitation techniques.
  • Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design and adapt treatment plans based on individual needs.
  • Knowledge of modern physiotherapy equipment and therapeutic technologies.
  • High level of professionalism, empathy, and patient-centric approach.
  • Strong documentation and time management skills.
