Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and other medical conditions.
  • Examinations & Assessments: Conduct physical exams, interpret diagnostic tests, and review patient medical histories.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement treatment plans, including medications, therapies, and lifestyle recommendations.
  • Medical Procedures: Perform surgeries, administer injections, and conduct other medical interventions as necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Patient Education: Advise patients and their families on preventive care, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, medical histories, and treatment progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Research & Continuing Education: Stay updated with the latest medical advancements, technologies, and treatments through continuous learning.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Medical degree (MD or Specialization Degree) from an accredited institution.
  • Valid medical license and board certification in the respective specialty (if applicable).
  • Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
  • Compassion and dedication to patient well-being.

Work Environment:

  • Hospitals, clinics, private practices, or specialized healthcare facilities.
  • May involve long shifts, on-call duties, and high-pressure situations.
  • Interaction with diverse patient populations and medical professionals.
