Job Description
This role focuses on promoting the company’s products by providing accurate medical and scientific information to pharmacists and healthcare professionals, with primary emphasis on pharmacy visits. The objective is to maximize product awareness, ensure strong on-shelf presence, and support sales targets through effective communication and engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily visits to assigned pharmacies following an approved routing plan.
- Deliver medical information to pharmacists & pharmacy staff.
- Ensure proper product visibility, availability & compliance.
- Monitor stock levels, competitors’ activities, & other activities in pharmacies.
- Conduct point of sell activation, merchandising & brand visibility activities.
- Build strong trust-based relationship with customers.
- Conduct visits to GPs or specialists as per business requirement.
- Provide accurate scientific information & products updates.
- Capture insights from the field to support brand performance strategy.
- Achieve assigned sales targets & KPIs for the territory.
- Record daily visits, orders & insights using the company CRM system.
- Ensure confidentiality of all documents and information related to work.
- Perform any other duties related to the job according to the business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related Field.
- 0 – 2 years of experience in a similar position (Freshers are Welcome)
