Medon Pharmacy Group is looking for passionate Trainee Pharmacists to join our growing team across the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh pharmacy graduates to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic retail pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed pharmacists in dispensing medications safely and accurately
• Provide guidance to patients under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and stock
• Support pharmacy cleanliness, safety, and operational protocols
• Deliver professional customer service and respond to patient inquiries
• Assist with day-to-day pharmacy operations and collaborate with the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) is mandatory
• Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented and detail-focused
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• No prior license is required; this is a trainee/entry-level position
