Position: MOHAP / DHA Licensed Pharmacist (Urgent Hiring)
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are urgently seeking a MOHAP / DHA Licensed Pharmacist to join our team immediately.
Requirements:
• Valid MOHAP/DHA License or Eligibility Letter
• Minimum 20 CME credit hours (valid for license renewal)
• Proven UAE regulatory experience (MOHAP / DHA / EDE preferred)
• Experience in medical or warehouse operations is an advantage
• Ability to manage inventory and warehouse operations
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and documentation
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet strict deadlines
• Proactive, dedicated, and able to work independently
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with UAE authorities
• Handle documentation, licensing, and permit applications
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
• Support shipment clearance and regulatory processes
• Assist and lead marketing-related tasks (social media & website)
• Provide back-office and operational support
