Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized nursing care to pediatric patients requiring mechanical ventilation and long-term support
• Monitor patient progress and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care outcomes
• Educate and support families in managing their child’s condition
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies
• Promote a safe, therapeutic, and child-friendly environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Valid DOH (HAAD) license or eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or critical care settings
• Proven experience in managing ventilated pediatric patients
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate approach and commitment to holistic, family-centered care
