Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Experience Officer to ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience from the first interaction through the completion of their visit. The role is responsible for welcoming patients, coordinating appointments, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and visitors professionally and courteously.
  • Manage appointments, confirmations, and follow-up communications.
  • Assist patients with registration and service information.
  • Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly.
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support front desk and customer service operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Promote a positive and caring environment.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or patient relations.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, hospitality, or premium customer service environments.

Skills and Competencies

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
