What Qualifies You for the Role:
- Previous customer service experience working in a Clinic or Hospital is essential.
- Significant experience in management of a team of healthcare administrators.
- Significant experience working in healthcare customer care and medical administration/booking administration roles with demonstrated commercial awareness.
- Fluency in English (speak, read and write).
- Arabic speaking skills will be an added advantage.
- Excellent Computer Literacy skills is required.
