Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Support patient mobility, including turning, repositioning, and transferring
• Monitor and promptly report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient areas
• Assist nursing staff with non-clinical duties
• Ensure patient safety by following hospital protocols and infection control standards

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Caregiving or Nursing Assistant course, or a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (unlicensed)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting (UAE experience preferred)
• Solid knowledge of basic patient care procedures and techniques
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach and strong teamwork skills
• Effective communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
