About The Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences?
HealthHub Clinics is seeking a dynamic and empathetic Patient Relations Supervisor to lead our front office team in South Dubai.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of Patient Relations Executives (PREs), ensuring service excellence and supporting the Unit In-Charge in all aspects of patient-facing functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the performance and daily functions of the Patient Relations team, ensuring high standards and addressing any concerns with management.
- Service Excellence: Act as the floor supervisor, providing hands-on support to ensure effective, timely, and compassionate patient interactions.
- Patient Feedback: Empower the team to collect and analyze patient satisfaction surveys, delivering actionable insights to management.
- Operational Efficiency: Organize departmental projects and tasks based on patient and clinic needs, ensuring optimal workflow and time management.
- Reporting: Produce and analyze statistics and dashboard reports for management review.
- Staffing & Development: Draft monthly rosters, assess staffing plans, and identify training needs to support team growth and professional administration.
- Innovation: Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance patient experience and service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; a qualification in business administration or management is desirable.
- Experience:
- Essential: Previous experience in patient care within a hospital or clinic setting.
- Significant experience managing a team of administrators, with a strong background in customer care and booking administration.
