Sidra Home Healthcare is seeking a qualified and organized Operations Executive to support our daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between patients, caregivers, and the administrative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily homecare operations.
  • Coordinate patient schedules and assignments.
  • Maintain and update data using Google Sheets and other computer tools.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and operational planning.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or healthcare administration (homecare experience preferred).
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and general computer applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage.

Salary will be AED 3000 to AED 3500
