PATIENT RELATION –
ASSISTANT

Welcome patients upon arrival and assist
with registration processes.
Facilitate and streamline patient feedback
collection and entry into the system.
Support the senior staff in handling
real-time patient grievances and operational
escalations smoothly.
Help coordinate with doctors, nurses, and
front-office departments to ensure seamless
cross-functional workflows.
Maintain detailed records of patient
interactions and support the generation of
patient relation reports.
What We’re Looking For
0 to 2 years of customer service or
patient relation experience is essential.
Previous experience in a hospital
environment or a similar healthcare
service role.
Strong knowledge and proficiency in
interpersonal communication and patient
care principles.
Excellent communication skills, active
listening, and a proactive nature, especially
when handling patient concerns.
A warm and friendly personality, prioritizing
patient satisfaction and professional
demeanor.
