  Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management,
  Business Administration, or a related field
  Minimum 10 years of experience in patient experience,
  customer service, or healthcare operations

  / Strong knowledge of patient satisfaction, service excellence,
  and patient journey standards
  / Excellent leadership, communication, and
  conflict resolution skills
