Patient Coordinator- Home Health Services

Role Description The Patient Coordinator for Home Health Services in the Northern Emirates is a full-time, on-site role based in Northern Emirates. This role is responsible for coordinating patient admissions and discharges for home health services, managing appointment scheduling, and ensuring clear communication between patients, families, and clinical teams. The Patient Coordinator will handle incoming calls, provide information about services, and maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Daily tasks include working closely with healthcare providers to arrange home visits, confirming insurance and eligibility details, and addressing patient queries in a professional and timely manner. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement of patient experience and collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficient and compassionate service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff.
  • Candidates should be Arabic Speaker
  • Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties skills to manage patient bookings and front-line coordination activities.
  • Candidates should possess Medical Terminology knowledge to accurately understand and relay clinical information and documentation.
  • Relevant experience in patient coordination, customer service, or healthcare administration, ideally within home health or clinical settings.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and electronic health record or scheduling software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and maintain a patient-centered approach.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field is preferred.
