Requirements:

• Proven experience in the same role as a Patient Coordinator is mandatory.
• Strong patient communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, and handling inquiries.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in medical or aesthetic clinics is preferred.
