Job Summary

Enfield Royal Clinic in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced and highly professional Patient Coordinator to join our Aesthetic Clinic team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in aesthetic or healthcare settings, be fluent in Arabic and English, and demonstrate excellence in client handling and doctor support.

This role requires a confident, well-presented individual who can deliver a premium patient experience aligned with our clinic’s luxury standards.Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
• Manage appointment scheduling, treatment coordination, and follow-ups
• Provide clear and accurate information about aesthetic treatments and packages
• Support doctors during consultations and ensure smooth daily clinic operations
• Handle patient inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins) efficiently
• Coordinate treatment plans and ensure proper documentation
• Process payments, invoices, and maintain financial accuracy
• Conduct post-treatment follow-ups to ensure patient satisfaction
• Maintain strict confidentiality and high service standards

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Patient Coordinator in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, or medical center
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong background in client handling and customer service
• Experience supporting doctors and coordinating treatment plans
• Professional, well-groomed, and presentable appearance
• Strong sales skills and ability to convert consultations into treatments
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in clinic management systems and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a premium or luxury aesthetic clinic
• Knowledge of aesthetic procedures (Botox, fillers, laser, body contouring, etc.)
• Experience handling insurance (if applicable)
