Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient bookings, inquiries, and follow-ups
  • Support sales and service promotions to meet monthly targets
  • Act as the liaison between patients and medical staff, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Provide detailed treatment information and guide patients through the consultation and booking process
  • Maintain accurate patient records in the system
  • Handle complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring patient satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role within an aesthetic clinic
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong sales background with proven ability to convert leads and enhance patient retention
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable and client-focused, with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and industry trends is an advantage
