Patient Care Coordinator – Back Office | Dubai

We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator – Back Office who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes—handling appointments, patient communication, and internal coordination. This role is not just about managing tasks—it is about staying one step ahead, keeping communication clear, and making sure no patient feels overlooked. You will be the link between patients, doctors, and the wider team. If you are organised, responsive, and calm under pressure, this role will suit you well.
What You Will Do:
- Manage all patient communication (calls, WhatsApp, social media) with quick and clear responses
- Schedule, confirm, and track appointments with accurate notes
- Send timely reminders and follow-ups
- Handle missed appointments and rescheduling efficiently
- Coordinate aligner arrivals and patient bookings
- Monitor insurance requests and complete them without delay
- Maintain clear, updated patient records
- Support reception when required and assist overall clinic flow
