• Female, Syrian nationality
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the medical/healthcare field
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in handling appointments, patient inquiries, and administrative tasks
• Professional, friendly, and patient-focused
