We’re Hiring | Charge Nurse – Operation Theatre (OT) (Tagalog or Arabic Speaker)
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
🏥 Hospital: Saudi German Hospital – Dubai

Saudi German Hospital Dubai is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse – OT to lead and coordinate operation theatre services while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise OT nursing staff and daily theatre operations
• Ensure compliance with surgical safety protocols and hospital policies
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and OT teams
• Manage OT schedules, equipment readiness, and staff allocation
• Support training, mentoring, and performance monitoring

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Valid DHA license or eligibility to transfer
• Minimum 3–5 years of OT experience with leadership exposure
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Hospital experience is mandatory
