  • Qualifications:
  • We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Consultant to join our team. should be passionate about delivering high-quality orthopaedic care to patients and will possess the expertise to diagnose and treat a wide range of orthopaedic conditions.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • – Provide expert consultation and comprehensive orthopaedic care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • – Conduct thorough evaluations, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests, to accurately diagnose orthopaedic conditions.
  • – Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, incorporating surgical and non-surgical interventions as appropriate.
  • – Perform orthopaedic surgeries with precision and proficiency, adhering to best practices and safety protocols.
  • – Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, therapists, and support staff, to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • – Stay abreast of advancements in orthopaedic medicine and incorporate evidence-based practices into clinical decision-making.
  • – Provide education and counselling to patients and their families regarding orthopaedic conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care.
  • – Participate in departmental meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Qualifications:
  • – Medical degree from a recognized institution.
  • – Board certification or equivalent qualification in orthopaedic surgery.
  • – Minimum 10 years of experience practicing as an Orthopaedic Consultant, with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.
  • – Proficiency in performing a wide range of orthopaedic surgeries, including but not limited to joint replacements, arthroscopic procedures, and fracture repairs.
  • – Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
  • – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide compassionate care to patients.
