Operations Manager – Healthcare

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee the full spectrum of operations within our medical center.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving performance across all departments, and continuously enhancing patient experience and service quality.Key Responsibilities

🔹 Operational Leadership & Oversight

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments
  • Supervise administrative, clinical support, and operational teams to maintain efficiency and high performance
  • Establish, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Ensure all departments are aligned with organizational goals and performance expectations

🔹 Performance & Process Improvement

  • Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to track performance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize resources
  • Lead change management initiatives and operational transformation projects

🔹 Patient Experience & Quality

  • Ensure a patient-centered approach across all touchpoints
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and implement strategies to elevate service standards
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely and professional resolution of patient concerns
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and service delivery

🔹 Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure full compliance with local healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
  • Maintain operational readiness for audits and inspections
  • Oversee documentation, reporting, and regulatory requirements

🔹 Team Leadership & Culture

  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams
  • Promote accountability, collaboration, and a positive work culture
  • Ensure staff are trained, aligned, and performing to expected standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in operations management within a healthcare/medical setting
  • Demonstrated success in improving operational performance and delivering measurable results
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
