Hiring! Operation Manager – Homecare Services
Locations : Saudi German Hospital , Dubai

Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in Home Healthcare operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial role within UAE
✔️ Proven track record in business development and revenue generation within the home healthcare sector.
✔️ Strong leadership, operational management, and decision-making skills.
✔️ Good understanding of DHA regulations and home healthcare licensing requirements.
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
