We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our medical team in Jeddah.

🔹 Requirements:
– Medical Doctor (MBBS) – MUST
– Currently based in Saudi Arabia – MUST
– Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital, medical center, or clinic management
– Previous management experience in a hospital or medical complex in Saudi Arabia – MUST
– Arabic speaker – MUST
– Very good command of English
– Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
– MBA in Hospital/Healthcare Management is highly preferred
