Eve Clinic in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Operation Manager to lead the clinic’s daily operations and elevate the patient journey with precision, efficiency, and a premium service mindset.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the fast-moving aesthetic and plastic-surgery sector, and knows how to orchestrate teams, systems, and service flow like a quiet, confident conductor.

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all clinic departments to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional patient experience.
• Lead and mentor the operations team: reception, nursing, call center, and administrative staff.
• Optimize patient flow, booking systems, and service standards to achieve high satisfaction and retention.
• Implement and monitor operational KPIs, SOPs, and quality-assurance procedures.
• Coordinate with medical teams to ensure efficient scheduling, room readiness, and clinical support.
• Develop and enforce policies, safety protocols, and service-delivery standards.
• Support management in planning, budgeting, and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of operations experience in clinics, hospitals, or aesthetic/dermatology centers is Mandatory.
• Strong leadership and team-coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English.
• High level of organizational discipline, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability.
• Experience with EMR systems and patient-journey optimization is a major plus.
