Nasaaem Hospital is seeking an experienced and highly organized OPD Manager to oversee outpatient department operations and ensure an exceptional patient experience.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Manage daily operations of the Outpatient Department (OPD).

✔️ Supervise front office, reception, and patient flow activities.

✔️ Ensure smooth coordination between medical and administrative departments.

✔️ Monitor patient satisfaction and improve service quality standards.

✔️ Handle scheduling, reporting, and operational performance tracking.

✔️ Support the implementation of policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

✔️ Lead and supervise OPD staff while maintaining high service standards.

📌 Qualifications & Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in medicine or related field.

✔️ 3+ years of experience in hospital operations or outpatient department management.

✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

✔️ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

✔️ Excellent problem-solving and patient service skills.

✔️ Previous experience in hospitals or healthcare organizations is preferred
