Position Overview:
Elite Plus Physio & Rehab FZ-LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage front-desk operations, patient coordination, and administrative processes in our Dubai Healthcare City branch.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, excellent patient experience, and full compliance with clinic policies and DHCC regulations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage front desk and patient reception professionally
• Handle appointment scheduling and follow-ups
• Coordinate with physiotherapists and management
• Manage billing, invoices, and insurance documentation
• Maintain patient records in compliance with data protection standards
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
• Prepare daily reports and assist in financial tracking
• Support HR documentation (attendance, contracts, files)
• Liaise with suppliers and service providers when needed

🔹 Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare administration (UAE preferred)
• Strong communication skills with excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Arabic language is a plus
• Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation
• Familiarity with medical insurance processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-service oriented
• Experience in DHCC or medical free zone is an advantage
