Role Description

We are hiring a full-time on-site Occupational Therapist to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs to support children with neurodevelopmental needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing tailored intervention plans, collaborating with families and other professionals, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of patient progress. The role requires working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and achieve therapy goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in pediatric occupational therapy, sensory integration, and motor skills development
• Strong ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans
• Effective communication skills to engage with children, families, and team members
• Ability to document therapy sessions accurately and monitor patient progress
• Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Licensing or certification as required by local UAE laws
• Prior experience in pediatric therapy or working with children with neurodevelopmental challenges is an advantage
• Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping children achieve meaningful developmental milestones
