Agaya Healthcare is a pediatric therapy centre based in Al Barsha 2, Dubai. Our multidisciplinary team of licensed specialists works across Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, ABA, Psychomotor Therapy and Physiotherapy — delivering family-centred, evidence-based care to children and their families.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing clinical team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment, delivering high-quality, individualised therapy to children and their families.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• At least 3 years of pediatric OT experience in Dubai
• DHA certification — mandatory
• Strong commitment to family-centred, evidence-based care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Arabic language proficiency — an added advantage
