Company Description LLSC (Language & Listening Stimulation Center) is a specialized medical center providing rehabilitation, guidance, and consulting services for children and adults facing challenges in communication, language, and behavior. Founded in 2011 in Saudi Arabia by auditory-verbal specialist Rana Mirza and partner Ratiba Sernivan, the center works in strategic partnership with international experts. LLSC is the first center in the Kingdom to implement a “Journey Sharing” program with families, emphasizing close collaboration and family involvement in care. The center offers a wide range of services, including speech improvement, fluency (stuttering) therapy, voice disorder treatment, language delay intervention, auditory-verbal rehabilitation, learning difficulty support, behavior modification, psychological services, attention and intelligence assessments, and early skills preparation programs.
Role Description The Occupational Therapist will work full time on-site at LLSC in Jeddah, providing assessment and treatment for children and adults with challenges in communication, language, behavior, and related developmental areas. Daily responsibilities include conducting occupational therapy evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions focused on sensory integration, fine and gross motor skills, daily living skills, and school readiness. The role involves collaborating closely with speech therapists, psychologists, educators, and families to support integrated care and to align therapy goals with the center’s programs. The Occupational Therapist will document progress, prepare reports, participate in case conferences, and contribute to parent education and training sessions. The position requires maintaining ethical, culturally sensitive practice and staying current with best practices in pediatric and adult rehabilitation.
Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention across pediatric and adult populations.
  • Solid foundation in Rehabilitation principles and an understanding of related Medicine concepts relevant to multidisciplinary care.
  • Strong Communication skills for working with clients, families, and a diverse clinical team, including providing clear education and counseling.
  • Experience or strong interest in Pediatrics, especially in developmental delays, learning difficulties, behavioral challenges, and sensory processing issues.
  • Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent), with current professional licensure or eligibility to practice in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience in clinical or educational settings, preferably in speech, language, developmental, or behavioral services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and to adapt interventions to cultural and family contexts.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with basic proficiency in digital health records and reporting.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, evidence-based practice, and participation in professional development activities.
