Paediatric Occupational Therapist

Job Description

We’re looking for someone special to join us – and we’re looking now.

At Sensation Station, we don’t just deliver therapy – we create experiences where children feel safe, capable and excited to learn. With the launch of our new branch and therapy-led Play-Zone, we’re growing our OT team and looking for a passionate, thoughtful therapist who wants to be part of a centre that genuinely values quality, collaboration and clinical integrity.

This isn’t a role for someone looking for routine clinical work. It’s for someone who’s ready to grow, values connection, and believes that purpose-driven practice changes lives.

YOUR ROLE

You’ll work with children across a range of developmental needs, supporting them to build independence, regulation, confidence and everyday life skills.

Day to day, you’ll be:

• Delivering engaging, evidence-based OT sessions

• Conducting assessments and contributing to meaningful goal setting

• Supporting sensory integration, motor development and functional skills

• Collaborating closely with SLTs, educators and families

• Bringing your ideas as we grow and shape our new centre

WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH US

• Therapy spaces genuinely designed with therapy in mind

• A centre that believes play is powerful and purposeful

• A collaborative, supportive multidisciplinary team

• Leadership that understands therapy, not just operations

• Families who are engaged, appreciative and truly invested

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You don’t need to know everything – but you do need to care deeply.

Essential:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Minimum 2 years’ paediatric experience

• DHA licence or eligibility

• Confident written and spoken English

• Valid driving licence and access to a car

You’re likely a great fit if you are:

• Child-centred, curious and reflective in your practice

• Confident, but open to learning and collaboration

• Warm with families and professional with colleagues

• Excited by the idea of being part of a growing, respected centre

International applicants are very welcome – we support relocation.

This is a full-time position, though we’ll consider part-time for the right candidate.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Competitive, tax-free salary

• UAE employment visa

• Comprehensive health insurance

• Annual flight allowance

• Ongoing training and professional development

• A genuinely supportive, multicultural team environment

• The opportunity to grow with an expanding, respected centre

READY TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP?

We’d love to hear from you. When you reach out, tell us:

• Your paediatric OT experience

• Your DHA licensing status

• Why Sensation Station feels like the right next step for you
