Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational or ABA Therapist based in Dubai. The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions to help clients improve their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include evaluating patients’ needs, creating customized treatment plans, enhancing physical and cognitive abilities, and providing education to caregivers and family members. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for clients is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in occupational therapy techniques, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in home healthcare or a related healthcare setting is an advantage
• Valid occupational therapy licensure or certification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
