We are currently looking for an experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our team for immediate joining.

Requirements:✅ DHA License/Eligibility (Mandatory)✅ Experience in home healthcare in UAE or home country✅ Ability to manage 50+ staff members✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and assign duty rosters for nurses, homecare nurses, and drivers using software• Communicate schedules and operational updates to staff• Manage stock arrangement and inventory calculations• Handle insurance patient approvals and coordination• Conduct regular patient visits and weekly insurance follow-ups• Resolve nursing staff issues and provide operational support• Conduct training for nurses and ensure compliance• Manage nurse bags, leave planning, and public holiday scheduling• Ensure smooth daily operations of the home healthcare team
