Registered Midwife

Location: Dubai, UAE

Organization: Dubai Medical University Hospital (DMUH)

Dubai Medical University Hospital is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Midwife to join our Women’s Health and Maternity team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care.
• Monitor maternal and fetal wellbeing during labor and delivery.
• Support normal vaginal deliveries and assist in emergency situations.
• Educate and counsel patients and families on maternal and newborn health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with hospital policies and DHA regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with Obstetricians, Pediatricians, and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Midwifery/Nursing with Midwifery qualification.
• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as a Midwife.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Midwifery experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced maternity environment.

Preferred

• UAE healthcare experience.
• Experience in Labor & Delivery and Postnatal Care.
