We at MS Pharma Food Supplements Trading L.L.C are seeking a results-oriented and dynamic Medical Sales Supervisor to lead and expand our sales efforts in the UAE. This is a full-time role offering the chance to work with premium-quality beauty brands, including ESI Supplements, Biocollagenix, Rigenforte, and Sankom Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales performance and meet/exceed targets.
• Supervise, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
• Provide strategic direction and support to achieve team goals.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of proven medical sales supervisor experience in the UAE.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (essential).
• Valid UAE driving license and Car.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Track record of achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
