Role Description The Medical Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza. This role involves promoting AUG Pharma’s products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and medical institutions, through regular visits, product presentations, and educational discussions. The Medical Sales Representative will build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensure high-quality customer service, and respond to product inquiries in a clear, evidence-based manner. Daily responsibilities include managing an assigned territory, achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of visits and activities, participating in product training, and supporting promotional events, conferences, and workshops as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, product promotion, and achievement of sales targets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and build trust with healthcare professionals.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, demonstrating responsiveness, professionalism, and a focus on long-term relationship building.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine or Pharmacy to understand product indications, safety profiles, and clinical benefits.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related field are highly beneficial.
- Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in basic computer and reporting tools, are advantageous.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales in the MENA region is an asset.
- Ability to work ethically in compliance with industry regulations and company policies, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
