Key Responsibilities:
– Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell ICU products (ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, hemodynamic systems) to key decision-makers, including physicians, nursing leadership, and procurement teams.
– Clinical Training & Support: Conduct bedside in-service training and troubleshooting, ensuring safe and effective device use by clinical staff.
– Contract & Tender Management: Lead tender responses, pricing negotiations, and contract renewals with hospital supply chain and administrative stakeholders.
– Perioperative Collaboration: Coordinate with anesthesiology and surgical teams to ensure smooth patient transition and monitoring continuity from OR to ICU.
– Product Trials: Manage on-site product evaluations, collecting clinical and financial data to demonstrate value and support purchasing decisions.
– Account Management: Build long-term partnerships with department heads, nurse managers, biomedical engineers, and hospital leadership.
– Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, emerging clinical guidelines, and hospital budget cycles to adjust sales strategies proactively.
– Post-Sales Support: Partner with clinical applications and service teams to resolve technical issues and maximize device uptime.
– Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all activities adhere to hospital policies, regulatory standards, and patient safety protocols.
– Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports based on ICU admission trends and equipment lifecycle data.
Qualifications
- Strong Medical Sales and Hospital Sales skills.
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with healthcare professionals and patients.
- Basic knowledge of Medicine and healthcare practices.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
- Previous experience in healthcare or sales is beneficial.
- Proficiency in presenting and persuading professionally and ethically.
- BC Degree In Medicine or any related field.
