We’re Hiring: Medical Sales Specialist

Join our growing team at Saudi German Hospital Dubai and help drive patient acquisition through strategic partnerships and referrals.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:
• Promote hospital services to doctors, clinics, and agents
• Build and manage referral networks (CBDs, partners)
• Support revenue-sharing and insurance partnerships
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet outreach targets
• Track referral performance and patient inflow
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
🔸 Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare
• 3–5 years of experience in medical or healthcare sales
• UAE healthcare market knowledge (Dubai preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with insurance/TPA partnerships a plus
• Arabic language is an advantage
