VitaSign, a leading brand specializing in supplements, health, and wellness products, is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retail partners.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Train and support the sales team to continuously improve performance.
• Monitor market trends and competitors.

Requirements

✅ Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor / Sales Team Leader.
✅ Experience in supplements, healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or wellness sales is preferred.
✅ Strong knowledge of the UAE market, preferably Dubai.
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
✅ Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
✅ Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
