📍 Job Type: Field-Based Role

🔹 What You Will Do:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with the sales forecast.
• Execute sales and marketing plans effectively within the assigned territory.
• Promote products by educating customers on their features, benefits, and proper usage.
• Enhance product visibility and positioning at customer locations.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and territory plans on time.
• Monitor product shelf life and support inventory management to minimize product expiry.
• Gather and share market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular visits.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, new launches, and industry trends.

🔹 What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with strong territory management and sales planning abilities.
• Valid driving license with willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
