Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team and promote our Pharmaceutical product range. The ideal candidate will have a strong medical background, previous experience in the UAE Pharmaceutical industry, and the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with Doctors, Pharmacists and Purchasers.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Product Detailing & Promotion:

Conduct in-depth product detailing and demonstrations to doctors and pharmacists.

Educate healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and usage of our products.

🔹 Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain strong rapport with doctors , purchasers and related stakeholders.

Provide excellent customer service and follow up on inquiries, orders, and concerns.

Develop long-term partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders.

🔹 Demand Generation & Sales Growth:

Proactively work on creating demand and increasing product awareness in the market.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Drive product adoption and achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

🔹 Clinic Visits & Fieldwork:

Visit hospitals, clinics and pharmacies regularly to follow up on product performance, feedback, and reorders.

Manage and Arrange for group meetings and healthcare events.

Requirements:

✔ Medical background (pharmacy, biomedical sciences, or a related field)

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE.

✔ Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-Time
