📢 Hiring: Medical Insurance Officer

Biladi Medical Care Clinic is looking for an experienced Medical Insurance Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and follow up on medical insurance claims from submission through settlement.
* Handle insurance approvals and follow up on rejected or pending requests.
* Review claims and ensure accuracy of billing and insurance information.
* Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs regarding claims and approvals.
* Follow up on rejected claims and resubmit them after correction.
* Monitor outstanding insurance receivables and prepare regular reports.
* Coordinate with the medical, billing, and reception teams to resolve insurance-related issues.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in medical insurance, preferably in a medical center or hospital.
* Good knowledge of medical insurance companies and TPAs in Saudi Arabia.
* Experience with insurance platforms and medical claims systems.
* Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
* Good command of English is preferred.
