 Job Opportunity: Medical Insurance Manager

We are actively seeking a dedicated and qualified Medical Insurance Manager to join our team.

Qualifications:
-With proven experience in medical institutions, with a focus on medical insurance management.
-Extensive experience in Claims Management, including insurance approvals, denials, and systematic rejection follow-up
-Proven expertise in developing and implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve operational and financial performance
-Must be locally available in Qatar.

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for submitting financial claims, conducting insurance reviews, and performing claim reconciliation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reimbursement.
-Managing and maintaining effective communication with insurance providers to monitor and administer insurance contracts
-Overseeing insurance management in compliance with ICD-10 coding standards
-Developing and implementing strategic plans to support operational and financial objectives
-Identifying, assessing, and controlling organizational and financial risks
-Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making, budgeting, and performance improvement
-Train and supervise staff to ensure compliance with insurance procedures and guidelines.
