Job Description

We are looking for a Medical Insurance Endorsement Executive to join our team in Dubai.

Key Requirements:
1.      Strong knowledge of handling member additions and deletions through the online portals of major insurance companies in the UAE.
2.      Ability to coordinate and communicate directly with insurance companies to resolve escalations and ensure timely resolution.
3.      Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
4.      Minimum 3 years of experience required.
5. Prior experience with insurance brokers in the UAE is mandatory
