Job Description

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Medical Coding, Health Information Management, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field.
Relevant medical coding certification such as CPC, CCS, or equivalent is preferred.
Previous experience in medical coding, billing, or healthcare revenue cycle management is preferred.
Good knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and medical terminology.
Ability to accurately review medical records and assign appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and accuracy.
Good understanding of healthcare documentation, coding guidelines, and compliance standards.
Ability to meet productivity and quality requirements while maintaining confidentiality.
