Role Summary:

As a Medical Aesthetic Consultant, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition, boosting treatment sales, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in converting leads into loyal clients, while guiding them through their aesthetic journey with professionalism and care.Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with prospective clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend suitable treatments.
  • Promote and sell aesthetic treatments, packages, and skincare products.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new and repeat clients through effective follow-up and relationship management.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and support the clinic’s business growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the medical and marketing teams to drive promotional campaigns and client outreach.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aesthetic products, procedures, and technologies.
  • Ensure a premium customer experience from first contact to post-treatment follow-up.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in aesthetic or wellness clinic sales or consultation.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of cosmetic/aesthetic treatments (e.g., Botox, fillers, facials, lasers).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English is preferred.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a patient-focused approach.
  • Positive attitude, professional grooming, and confident presentation.
