Role Summary:
As a Medical Aesthetic Consultant, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition, boosting treatment sales, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in converting leads into loyal clients, while guiding them through their aesthetic journey with professionalism and care.Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with prospective clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend suitable treatments.
- Promote and sell aesthetic treatments, packages, and skincare products.
- Build and manage a pipeline of new and repeat clients through effective follow-up and relationship management.
- Meet monthly sales targets and support the clinic’s business growth initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the medical and marketing teams to drive promotional campaigns and client outreach.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aesthetic products, procedures, and technologies.
- Ensure a premium customer experience from first contact to post-treatment follow-up.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in aesthetic or wellness clinic sales or consultation.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of cosmetic/aesthetic treatments (e.g., Botox, fillers, facials, lasers).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English is preferred.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a patient-focused approach.
- Positive attitude, professional grooming, and confident presentation.
