Groovy Clinics is looking for a motivated and professional Medical Advisor Assistant to join our team. ( male or Female)

Requirements:

• Pharmacy graduate or relevant medical background

• Willing to work on a rotational basis across Groovy branches

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Basic knowledge of medical and aesthetic procedures (or willingness to learn)

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

• Proficiency in basic computer applications (scheduling & record management)

• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or related fields is preferred but not required

• Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethical standards
