Job Title: Marketing Manager – Clinics

We are seeking a highly driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead and manage all marketing activities for our clinics in Abu Dhabi. This role requires full ownership of the clinics’ marketing strategy, digital presence, patient acquisition, and brand visibility.
The Marketing Manager will oversee social media, websites, PR, paid media, content creation, and video production, while managing internal teams and external agencies to ensure high-quality, consistent, and results-driven marketing output.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Brand Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for all clinics
- Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and positioning across all platforms
- Plan and manage annual and monthly marketing calendars aligned with clinic goals
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Oversee clinic websites, including content updates, landing pages, SEO, and user experience
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Ensure content is engaging, compliant, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Monitor performance and optimize digital channels for growth and lead generation
Content Creation & Media Production
- Plan, schedule, and supervise photo and video shoots
- Coordinate with doctors, staff, and media teams for content creation
- Review and approve all marketing content (videos, reels, posts, ads, graphics, copy)
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Manage media buyers responsible for paid advertising (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
- Oversee ad creatives, budgets, targeting, and campaign performance
- Track and optimize KPIs such as leads, bookings, CPL, and ROI
- Continuously improve campaign effectiveness and patient acquisition funnels
Team & Vendor Management
- Manage and coordinate:
- Social media handlers
- Media buyers
- Designers, videographers, editors
- External agencies and freelancers
- Set clear KPIs, timelines, and expectations
- Ensure accountability, performance, and quality standards
Public Relations & Communications
- Manage PR initiatives, partnerships, and influencer collaborations
- Handle clinic announcements, press releases, and reputation management
- Ensure positive brand perception across all channels
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports for the General Manager
- Analyze data, insights, and trends to support decision-making
- Recommend improvements and growth opportunities
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in healthcare, clinics, aesthetics, or wellness
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, paid ads, and content strategy
- Experience managing teams, agencies, and vendors
- Ability to handle multiple clinics and priorities simultaneously
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking
- Hands-on, execution-focused approach
Preferred Experience
- Experience in UAE or GCC market
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing compliance
- Strong understanding of video-first content platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
